Fifteen minutes by bus to the beach. Walking distance to the Stavros Niarchos Foundation C.C,the Onasis Cultural Center,the Modern Art Museum, and the magnificent Flisvos marina, many small cozy restaurants, the square and the park of Nea Smirni. On the ground floor Dream House cafe is almost like having room service.

You should also be aware of the following:

PETS ALLOWED BY PRE-APPROVAL ONLY and ADDITIONAL 20 euro PET CLEANING FEE.
Pet fee: 15 euro/pet/day
Pet fee must be paid in full together with pet cleaning fee prior to check-in or your pet will not be allowed on the property.
Your pet should be friendly and house trained. Pets that utilize pee pads are NOT allowed.
Your pet must be supervised by you at all times or crated if left alone.
Any pet that becomes disruptive will need to be removed immediately.
You will be charged for any damage caused by your pet
Limit of one pet. An additional pet may be considered on a case by case basis.
